Course Objectives: Information Technological innovation is a very important driver of competitive success in many industries. Thus, this course explores the foundations of Information technology innovation. Students will learn to formulate an Information Technological Innovation Strategy and to Implement this one, thereby to optimize their chance of success as entrepreneur
Course Contents: This course will cover latest methods and tools about the strategic management of IT innovation and the ones that can help you to optimize your chance of being a successful IT entrepreneur.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- Ability to understand fundamental concepts, alternative approaches for building innovation capacity and mechanisms
  • 2- Ability to analyse and develop IT and non-IT-based ideas and required business plan in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship
  • 3- Ability to choose appropriate approaches to establish innovation culture for organizations and new business ventures
  • 4- Ability to effectively use techniques and tools to integrate management, operations, and technology aspects of technology-enabled innovation
  • 5- Ability to grasp importance of team work, motivation and mentoring
