Course Objectives: The course objective is to give an ideal introduction to the basic institutions, principles and rules of law.
Course Contents: Fundamental principles of law and a general introduction to Turkish domestic law.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- Learning the basic concepts of law
  • 2- Familiarizing with legal syllogism
Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods: Lecture, discussion, non-mandatory research assignments, exam.
