Course Objectives: The aim of Business Law is to provide students with the knowledge of basic concepts of Contract Law, Commercial Enterprises Law, Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Intellectual Property Law and Labor Law.
Course Contents: 1. To explain the basic concepts of Contract Law. 2. To explain the knowledge of the basic concepts of Commercial Enterprises Law. 3. To explain the basic concepts of Company Law. 4. To explain the basic concepts of Negotiable Instruments Law. 5. To explain the basic concepts of Intellectual Property Law. 6. To explain the basic concepts of Labor Law.
