Course Objectives: Knowledge on Special Obligations relationship, with typic and atypic contracts and their connection with general principles.
Course Contents: Typic, atypic and combined contracts, sales contracts for movable and immovables, other types of sales contracts, rent contract, work contract, conservation contracts, personal and real warrants, franchise and factoring contracts are being taught in this course.
