Course Objectives: 1. To raise the awareness of the consumers and the studends 2. To introduce remedies for defective goods and services 3. To analyse the consumer organisations
Course Contents: Basic principles and terminology for consumer law; defective goods and services and their remedies; dispute resolutions in consumer law, consumer organisations

  • 3- Identification of different types of sales contract as a consumer act
