Course Objectives: 1) To give students knowledge on Legal Foundations of Childs Law and History, Protection of Children In Public Law, Legal Posiition of the Child in Civil Law, Social Help to Children, Children's Position In Scope of Security and Labor Law. 2) To transfer the students into a lawyer who is capable of working in Child Law. 3) To lead the lawyers who wish to improve themselves as a children rights defender
Course Contents: Fundemantal teaching on Child Law's principles and their discussion, evaluation of court decisions on Child Law from the practice, advanced knowledge on Child Law's foremost legal regulations.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- Learning the fundamental entities of the Childs Law.
  • 2- Having awareness over prominent foundations of the Childs Law and its history
  • 3- Protection of the Children Under Public Law and Information on Children's Status In Civil Law
  • 4- Learning the children's legal position in scope of social security and Labor Law
