| Course Objectives: | To provide students with an understanding of public international law, the basic legal systems that regulate the relations between governments and to examine in detail the legal structure of the international community with the state as its principal actor. |
| Course Contents: | In the first part of the course, after having provided an introduction to the concept of international law, its historical evolution, sources and fundamental principles, the relationship between international law and municipal law, law of treaties, states as primary subjects of international law, sea, air and land as sovereignty areas of state will be discussed. |
