Course Objectives: To convey the basic tenets of administrative judgement procedure and analytical skills regarding to understanding and construing the legal norms as to field within the scope of rule of law.
Course Contents: In this course, structure and constitutional scope of Turkish administrative judicial system, basic tenets of administrative judgement procedure, judicial remedies aganist first instance court decisions and appellate procedure are examined. annulment and compensation cases are analyzed and element of this cases are scrutinized.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- Having information on Turkish administrative justice
  • 2- Having information on administrative regime and jurisdiction of Turkish administrative courts
  • 3- Understanding of relation between rule of law and administrative courts
  • 4- Gaining problem solving skills regarding to practice of administrative courts
