Course Objectives: To provide an application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.
Course Contents: Project management methodology, Project management life cycle, Project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, close down), Project management knowledge areas (Integration Man., Scope Man., Time Man., Cost Man., Quality Man., Risk Man., Procurement Man., HR Man., Communication Man), Project planning with a tool.
