Course Objectives: Bu derste beden farkındalığı ve harekete duyarlılığı farklı şekillerde geliştirmeye devam ederken, oyuncunun eylem içinde hareket kompozisyonunun farkına varmasına çalışılıyor. Dersin tamamında dünyada ve Türkiye’de beden politikaları ve hareket algısı üzerinden yapılan gösteri sanatları çalışmaları hakkında bilgi edinilmesi ve oyuncuların hareket tasarımı ve kompozisyonu üzerine yaratıcı bir yaklaşımla deneyim elde etmeleri amaçlanıyor.
Course Contents: Dersler iki bölüme ayrılarak, haftanın ilk saatlerinde yurtdışı ve içinden dans ve fiziksel tiyatro alanından seçilmiş sanatçı ve toplulukların çalışmaları seyredilerek üzerine tartışılıyor. Belirli kuramsal metinler okunuyor ve birlikte çözümleniyor. Haftanın geri kalan saatlerinde tamamen fiziksel bir araştırma yapılıyor. Belirli temalar ve durumlar belirlenerek, grup çalışması halinde doğaçlama yapılıyor. Bu doğaçlamalardan yola çıkılarak seçili hareket tasarımları ve kurguları oluşturuluyor. Bütün gruplar birbirini seyrederek geri bildirim veriyor.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- Encouraging student to explore various story telling forms through gesture, mis-en-scene and editing work in terms of bodily expressions.
  • 2- Actor/student gains experience in new editing forms of story telling through searching of space, body, audience and story relations.
  • 3- Actor/student thinks about gender and body politics and its reflections on artistic work
