Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to define, explain and interpret theoretical knowledge in health psychology.
Course Contents: This course examines and discusses a selection of topics related to the area of health psychology (developing health messages, coping with chronic illness, families and coping with illness, organ donation and identity, etc.) in detail in seminar format.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- To be able to apply theoretical knowledge of health psychology in a variety of applied settings
  • 2- To be able to identify and explain human behavioral, emotional and cognitive processes
