| Course Objectives: |
1. To introduce students to comprehend the logic and importance of law of property. 2. To
analyse the fundamental concepts and principles of law of property. 3. To create a practical
and theoretical knowledge in order to resolve the disputes arising from law of property. |
| Course Contents: |
This course introduces condominium ownership, movable property, limited tangible rights,
easement rights and liens. |

- 1- Identify the key issues and principles of Law of Property needed in professional life.
- 2- Determine the legal characteristic of the disputes arising from property of law and identify the applicable rules.
- 3- Assess critically the legislation in force
