Course Objectives: 1. To introduce students to comprehend the logic and importance of law of property. 2. To analyse the fundamental concepts and principles of law of property. 3. To create a practical and theoretical knowledge in order to resolve the disputes arising from law of property.
Course Contents: This course introduces condominium ownership, movable property, limited tangible rights, easement rights and liens.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit (LO):
  • 1- Identify the key issues and principles of Law of Property needed in professional life.
  • 2- Determine the legal characteristic of the disputes arising from property of law and identify the applicable rules.
  • 3- Assess critically the legislation in force
  • 4- Resolve the disputes arising from Law of Property.
