Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to establish the basic principles of working together as a playground for a class group/team coming together for the first time and to learn how to prepare the infrastructure for dynamic, critical and constructive communication for artistic research.
Course Contents: The course is designed as three modules. In the first module, the preliminary preparation of the theatrical workspace and the principles of rehearsal will be studied in an experiential way. In the second module, different rehearsal conditions and methods will be experienced, and in the third module, students will be expected to create their own rehearsal environments, construct and present their rehearsal processes.

  • 2- Understanding the importance of rehearsal in theatre culture
  • 3- Gaining experience of different rehearsal methods
  • 4- Acquisition of rehearsal principles and discipline
