Course Objectives: This course aims to improve the oral skills of students who will participate in an international moot court competition.
Course Contents: The content of the international moot courts course is litigation strategies and oral defense techniques.

  • 2- to have knowledge about oral defense techniques
  • 3- to have knowledge about legal written memorandums
