Course Objectives: • Understand the Fundamentals of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), • Conduct Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) • Design Effective Disaster Recovery Strategies • Apply IT and Cybersecurity Best Practices in Disaster Recovery • Test, Evaluate, and Maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
Course Contents: Business Continuity Planning, IT and Cybersecurity Best Practices in Disaster Recovery, Create effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders, Development of mitigation plans for physical security and environmental resilience, incident response strategies for cyber threats and data breaches.
